Metal window blinds are lightweight, making them easy to use for people of all ages and abilities. They are also incredibly durable and perfect for homes with active children, pets, or very high-traffic areas. Choosing a Slat Size

Regular dusting and wipe down with wood oil are all it takes. Take care to not expose your wood blinds to too much moisture as it will damage your investment.

The Parkland® line is available in an extensive array of finishes including solids in neutral shades like eggshell, linen and grays, matte finishes, and specialty finishes. Of course, you also have the option of wood stains ranging from light-colored pine and oak to darker cherry.

If you are outfitting only a few windows with new blinds it may be more practical to go with a manual operating system. The LiteRise® system allows you to raise and lower your window blinds by pushing up or pulling down with your hand. When you release the blind, it locks into place. SimpleLift™ is a cordless option, creating a safer environment for homes with young children and pets, that operates by pushing a button on the bottom rail.
